You have an addiction. A food addiction. You know you need to stop eating sugar, or maybe some other thing. You know it and yet.... The body wins.. You feel guilty... And the cycle intensifies.
Here is what we can do.
Your body might be confused. It may have to be cleansed. And your struggle with changing the body’s course has little to do with your inability to stop its compulsive ways. Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t force yourself to stop anything.
Just do this type of yoga. Let the body change from inside out. You will see, your compulsive behaviors will die down. Naturally. You will naturally stop craving sugar. You will naturally start to have more energy. You will naturally gravitate toward healthier food options.
