You Are Not Weak

You have an addiction. A food addiction. You know you need to stop eating sugar, or maybe some other thing. You know it and yet.... The body wins.. You feel guilty... And the cycle intensifies. Here is what we can do. Your body might be confused. It may have to be cleansed. And your struggle with changing the body’s course has little to do with your inability to stop its compulsive ways. Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t force yourself to stop anything. Just do this type of yoga. Let the body change from inside out. You will see, your compulsive behaviors will die down. Naturally. You will naturally stop craving sugar. You will naturally start to have more energy. You will naturally gravitate toward healthier food options. We have found a backdoor to health and wellness.

You simply follow a formula and watch yourself feel better and better. So next time you want to exercise and lose weight and gain strength, consider another option. The option rooted in the fundamental understanding of who you are and how your body functions. This is the power of true yoga. It works.

Well, I won’t promise that as soon as you start learning and practicing classical Hatha Yoga all your problems will disappear. That would be misleading. However, I can promise that you will start to see some kind of results within a short time. And as more time goes by, and as you become more committed to the process of growing and working on yourself, these resul...
